Whiskey Dinner
An immersive Japanese whiskey pairing experience featuring Kaiyo’s master distiller and five curated whiskey pours paired alongside five individually crafted dinner courses.
Guests were welcomed with a signature Old Fashioned before being guided through each pour, pairing, and story behind the Kaiyo collection throughout the evening.

Bedford House partnered with F. Magnotta for an elegant wine pairing dinner featuring a curated selection of fine wines alongside a chef-driven five-course meal.
The evening leaned into Italian-inspired dining, featuring dishes such as melegrana cruciferous salad, osso bucco, limoncello ricotta cake, and hazelnut gelato.
